Coach and Equip Ministries is the on-line coaching and resourcing ministry of Dr. Charlie Worley.
The mission of Coach and Equip Ministries comes from the Scripture text of Ephesians 4:11-13: ”for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ…(Eph. 4:12 NASB)."
The word used in the original Greek language of the New Testament for “equipping” in Ephesians 4:12 is the same word used in Matthew 4:21 for the mending of nets. The idea is that of helping to make useful and effective so that the purpose for which something is made can be fulfilled and completed.
We are committed to coming alongside of church planters, pastors and church ministry leaders to coach and equip them for effective ministry so that God's calling and purpose for their lives can be fulfilled and completed and the Kingdom of God expanded.
